Mailings
Mailings: ailings sent to alumni, parents, parishioners and friends of St. Joseph's Yorkville asking for a donation to the school. 
 
Responsibilities: Stuff and label envelopes.
 
Time commitment: A couple of hours, time of day flexible.



Collate and Staple

Collate, Mailers, & Staple: assistance needed to help run-off, assemble and distribute material to teachers, students and families.  Such items as weekly school notices from principal, newsletter, activity updates.  As well as assisting with external mailers for fundraisers and social activities and miscellaneous items. 
 
Responsibilities: Copying, sorting, stapling, stuffing, labeling, etc.  Some of the administration can be done at home.
 
Time commitment: An hour or two, time of day flexible.  needed basis - and Wednesday mornings.
