QSP

QSP -  Holiday wrapping paper and gift item fundraiser, which is held at the beginning of the school year

Responsibilities:  Counting and distributing the packets, tally orders, collecting and auditing proceeds, sort orders, distribute wrap and gift items upon delivery to appropriate class teachers, and delivering all monies to school treasurer.  Some of the administration can be done at home.

Time commitment: A couple of hours, time of day flexible.



Breakfast with Santa

Breakfast with Santa -  annual event, this event is held near Christmas, on a Sunday following Mass in conjunction with the Book Fair. Santa comes for a visit and takes time to speak with all the children.  Each class creates a basket for the raffle and children are invited to participate in craft making.

Responsibilities:  Set-up, decorations, kitchen duties, ticket sales, raffles, children뭩 activities and clean-up.

Time commitment: A couple of hours, morning and afternoon.



Christmas Store

Christmas Store: A mini-store is setup during the school day to provide an opportunity for students to purchase inexpensive gift for family and friends, store runs in December.

Responsibilities:  Order, set-up, assist students in purchases, clean-up, and pack-up.

Time commitment: 1-2 hours.
