Dances and Cermonies

Volunteers Needed
Graduation Dance grade 7 parents are asked to plan, set-up, clean-up, and work the event. 
 
Note: New ideas for dances are always welcome and can be presented at any HSA meeting, or to your specific class parent. 

Responsibilities: Include set-up, selecting decorations, collecting money, creating and distributing flyers, booking DJ's, organizing chaperones, refreshments and clean-up.   
Time commitment: Varied hours, afternoons and evenings
 
 
Ceremonies day include such as Holy Communion, 8th Grade Ring Ceremony, Graduations, etc.
